1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EdVantage ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and current registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
EdVantage offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at checkout
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including lessons, quizzes, graphics, and software — is owned by EdVantage or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or sell Platform content without authorisation
- Use automated systems to access or scrape the Platform
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform
- Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
- Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time via your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdVantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
